Cancel Service

  1. Scope and Application

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the contractual relationship between Relotidyhollow (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the customer (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”, “you”, or “your”) regarding moving and cleaning services booked via www.relotidyhollow.com. By booking our services and paying the required deposit, you explicitly agree to the terms outlined herein, in compliance with German civil law (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB) and applicable European Union consumer protection directives.

  1. Nature of the Booking and Deposit Terms

Deposit Requirement: To secure a booking for moving or cleaning services, a designated deposit must be paid in advance via our website checkout process. The remaining balance for the service is handled according to the specific terms confirmed in your individual service agreement.

Binding Agreement: A legally binding service contract is established upon our electronic confirmation of your booking and receipt of the applicable deposit.

  1. Client Cancellation Rights and Deadlines

Standard Cancellation Window: You may cancel your booked service without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the service.

Cancellation Method: To exercise your right to cancel, you must submit a clear, unambiguous written notification to us via email at vendor@relotidyhollow.com or through your account portal on our website before the 48-hour deadline expires. Verbal cancellations or notifications via messaging applications are not legally binding.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled commencement of the service, or if our team arrives at the designated location and is unable to perform the service due to client absence or restricted access, the paid deposit is strictly non-refundable to cover operational preparation and allocated resources.

  1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) for Consumers

If you act as a consumer pursuant to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you generally possess a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online.

Premature Expiry of Withdrawal Rights: By confirming your booking and requesting that performance of the service begin within the 14-day withdrawal period, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If the contract is partially fulfilled prior to cancellation, you are obligated to pay a proportionate amount corresponding to the services provided up to the time of cancellation.

  1. Refund Processing Terms

Eligible Refunds: In the event of a valid and timely cancellation made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. The standard processing and transfer timeframe is 3 to 5 business days from the date the cancellation is formally confirmed by our team. Please note that the actual time required for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your respective financial institution.

  1. Provider-Initiated Cancellations and Adjustments

Operational Force Majeure: In the rare event that Relotidyhollow must cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen operational constraints, severe weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you promptly.

Remedies: In such cases, you will be offered an alternative appointment date or a full refund of any deposit paid, without any further liability or penalty to the Provider.

  1. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

Liability Limitations: Our liability for damages arising from the provision of services is limited to typical, foreseeable damages stipulated by applicable statutory regulations. We do not assume liability for indirect or consequential losses beyond our legal obligations.
